The housing market is kaput, but you managed to find a nice house in the suburbs for a surprisingly cheap mortgage and low interest.  The contract is fairly standard, with the only exception being a mandatory membership in the neighborhood's Homeowner's Association. After you've moved in, all that's left to do is greet the neighbors...
